About me

Biography

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the state of Minnesota, USA and practicing in Krakow, Poland.  I was practicing in the states for five years where I had a successful practice through which I have helped hundreds of families from different backgrounds and a variety of issues find healing and fullness. I moved to Poland in January of 2013 with my wife and started my private therapy practice in July of 2014.

I have a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University as well as have a certificate in administering Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).

I consider it an honor to journey with families and individuals through difficult periods in their lives and to be allowed in to very sacred space.  I provide a safe and caring environment for the things discussed both during our session as well as a place to deposit or leave difficulties for the following week.  I am directive as well as caring and strive to help you realize your own goals in therapy.

Here is video of a talk I had the opportunity to give at a local TEDx event.

We all get stuck playing certain roles, or living in chapters we wish already ended. In this talk I explore what it might mean to re-write our own personal story.
